These Terms govern your use of FlipWord AI (“the App”), operated by Mikhail Filippov (individual entrepreneur), Yerevan, Armenia. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions (FlipWord Pro)

• FlipWord AI is free to use with a limit of 50 words. FlipWord Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that raises this limit and unlocks Pro features.
• The price is shown in the App in your local currency (for example, US$3.99 per month) and is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or overload our services, reverse engineer it, or use the content-generation features in an abusive or automated manner.

AI-generated content

Translations, examples, explanations, and reading texts are generated automatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. They are provided for language-learning purposes “as is”, without warranty of correctness.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
